The architecture of TRIAD Customer Manager is designed for high availability and scalability on the z/OS platform. The main components include the Customer Data Repository, the Decision Engine, the Risk Calculation Module, the User Interface, and the Reporting Engine. The Customer Data Repository stores customer and account information in a relational database, such as IBM DB2.
