AUTOMON/RDO

The architecture of AUTOMON/RDO is centered around several key components designed to facilitate CICS CSD management. The CICS Interface and TSO Interface provide user access points, allowing administrators to interact with the system from within CICS or through TSO commands. The Resource Manager is the core component, responsible for handling all resource operations, including adding, updating, deleting, and listing CICS resources.

It interacts directly with the CICS regions to manage resources. The Audit Log component tracks all changes made to CICS resources, providing a detailed audit trail for security and compliance. Communication between components occurs through internal system calls and data exchange within the z/OS environment.
